Age Concern Twyford & District is a small adult day centre and serves older members of the community in Twyford, Hurst, Wargrave, Sonning, Ruscombe and Charvil.

Caterpillar Club is a playgroup for babies and toddlers in Charvil, Twyford and surrounding areas. It meets every Wednesday during term time, from 9.45am to 11.30am at Charvil Village Hall.
