The names RG10 Magazine and RG10 Marketing are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (May 2018) for the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the following legitimate interests:

We minimise the printing of any personal data, and files containing any such information are held under lock and key at a secure address.

Our computers and any other devices which may hold your contact details are password protected and only used by the business owner and, in the case of information relating to our magazine delivery people, by our self employed distribution coordinator.

You should take all necessary precautions regarding the security of your own systems before emailing us your personal data.

Amendments to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, so check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.

Your rights

You may at any time request details of any personal information we hold about you, subject to providing appropriate evidence of your identity.

You may update us with any changes to your personal information such as contact details as and when they occur.

You may object to any of our data processing practices or instruct us to erase your information (unless you are a current customer or supplier of goods of services).

You may unsubscribe from any newsletter you have previously opted in to receive by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any such newsletter, or you may instruct us by email to remove your details manually.

The website contains links to other websites, such as organisations listed on our directory of services. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.
