The Castle Inn has been chef owner-managed since 2013.
The restaurant has earned a fine reputation thanks to Matt’s passion for making new dishes from local seasonal produce, encouraging his close-knit team to strive for quality and consistency in everything they do.
The inn is a free house and will always have a local brew on tap, usually changing weekly. The pub is a regular in the Good Beer Guide and CAMRA accredited.
Drinkers and diners can choose between a choice of cosy rooms inside, including a larger room upstairs and a snug with a stove downstairs which can be booked for private events.
There is also a large sunny garden where special events are sometimes held in the summer. You will always find a warm welcome at the Castle Inn in Hurst.
