Come and join Sarah’s relaxing and mindful class on a Wednesday evening in the drama studio at The Piggott School. All ages and abilities are welcome for a balanced, relaxed and mindful yoga practice. An opportunity to stretch and open your body, calm your mind, relax and re-connect with your inner you. Class is lit by candles for relaxation!
Learn to let go of stress and worry, to relax, switch off and re-connect with your inner self. Your emotional and mental resilience is likely to improve. When you are grounded, calm and centred, you will cope more easily with the challenges that come your way in 2020. And you are likely to feel better physically too!
