Save the date! An opportunity to reflect on WW1 at the centenary of the armistice.
Two Rivers Press and the Dunsden Owen Association invite you to A Wilfred Owen Day, with a talk on Owen’s work and its influences, poetry readings, art inspired by Owen’s poems, music and afternoon tea.
‘Pennies on my Eyes’, a new illustrated anthology of Owen’s poems, will be on sale (£9.99). There is also a self-guided walk around the village (about 2 hours) you could do in the morning, and a chance to see Owen’s parents’ graves in the churchyard.
