Twyford Youth Club years 9-11

 

Twyford District Youth and Community Centre provides a purpose-built venue for local young people to come together and enjoy a range of activities designed for their age range, led by fully trained youth workers. Staff and volunteers all have the necessary DBS checks.

Youth Club sessions run weekly on:
Mondays 6.30-8.30pm for school years 6 to 8
Wednesdays 7.15-9.15pm for years 9 to 11

New members are always welcome. The first session is free of charge.

Wednesday evening Senior Club activities can include:

  • Sports – football, cricket, tennis, rounders, badminton
  • ICT and video games – computers, Xbox, Wii
  • Arts and crafts
  • Hair and beauty
  • Table football
  • Team-building activities
  • Babysitting courses
  • Trips e.g. go-karting (additional charge)
  • First Aid training (additional charge)
  • Mental Health awareness
  • Sexual Health information
