Twyford Village Fête

Twyford Parish Council's 8th annual village fête will return to Stanlake Meadow from 1pm to 5pm on Saturday 17 August 2024. The event brings the local community together, giving residents a fun summer’s day out with plenty of opportunity to interact with local businesses and help to raise funds for local charities (typically over £2,000).

This year’s main entertainment features Kings Ramps, the UK’s premiere business
for mobile skate parks, ramps, and wheeled sports events. There is a full schedule of
activities planned and music by BoxSet. In addition to the car show and Basil and Crew
Mobile Farm, Diana Brimblecombe Animal Rescue Centre will be running their very popular
dog show and our Master of Ceremonies, Nick Fish will be organising the tug of war. There
will also be food stalls, a bar and local crafts.

Twyford Parish Council fund a number of free activities such as the inflatable obstacle
course, Punch and Judy, circus skills, hoverboards, zorbs and go karts to name but a few.
