Twyford & Ruscombe Horticultural Association runs three shows a year in spring, summer and autumn, all held at Loddon Hall in Twyford. As well as the vegetable and flower growing categories they usually include some domestic, art and photography* sections. Exhibitors from of all ages and levels of experience are encouraged to submit advance entries for the shows, which open for public viewing at 2.30pm.

Coinciding with the Autumn show is the annual exhibition of Twyford & Ruscombe Art Group in the Twyford Room of Loddon Hall - open to the public from noon.

If non members would like to take part in the horticultural shows, please go to the website www.trha.org.uk to find out how you can enter, or come down to the Trading Store in Loddon Road, which is open on Sunday mornings from 10am to 11am selling a range of garden supplies.New members and exhibitors are always welcome.

*New for 2019: the photography class has been opened up to non-members and combined with the Twyford Together Photography Competition, also to be judged during the TRHA Autumn Show. There are 5 categories in this public competition as follows:

• Village architecture
• Village event or activity
• Wildlife in Twyford
• Twyford in Bloom
• Wildlife - children only.
