This race night has been organised to raise funds towards the expenses of local resident Tamina Oliver, who has qualified to represent Great Britain at the Duathlon World Championships this summer. She is seeking to raise funds towards the costs involved, including equipment, travel, training, entry fees, medical support and more.

 

You can hear Tamina's story on The RG10 Podcast or watch on YouTube. Not long after that interview, she was named Sports Person of the Year in the Twyford Together Community Awards.

The race night promises to be a great evening, hosted by the legend that is Johnny Ledge! There'll be some betting on the night, plus a raffle with some superb prizes.

Why not show your support in advance (and get a shout-out on the night!) by requesting to own a horse (£4), be a trainer or jockey (£3), or sponsor a race (£30)? Raffle tickets can also be purchased in advance.
