Understanding Dementia is a Twyford-based charity established by occupational therapist and dementia specialist Shirley Pearce. It provides training for care workers, health professionals and anyone else who cares about reducing the impact of dementia on those who live with it, putting their wellbeing first and enabling them to function at their best.
