This rocky relationship is bound for stormy waters when a union strike is called escalating the conflict between the two sides.Awarded the 1955 TONY for Best Musical, The Pajama Game was only the eighth Broadway musical to run for over a thousand performances. Its timeless appeal was proven by sell-out revivals in 1973 and 2006. With an energetic, toe-tapping score by Richard Adler and Jerry Ross, The Pajama Game is brimming with songs and dances that have become musical theatre standards, including Hey There, Steam Heat and Hernando's Hideaway. The Pajama Game is being staged by Woodley Light Operatic Society from 12 to 15 June. Join them at the Kenton Theatre for a riotously funny evening between 12 and 15 June. The production has been directed and choreographed by Laura-Anne Putterford, with Simon King as musical director.Tickets are priced £14 to £16 (no additional booking fee for tickets booked online).
