Mindset Unlimited is Berkshire's best wellbeing festival, held at Elms Field in the heart of Wokingham on the middle Saturday in September.
Sponsored by energie Fitness Wokingham, the festival is designed as a fully immersive experience for the whole family. Spanning a full day, the festival features six different stages filled with back-to-back classes, talks and workshops, covering a wide range of practices such as yoga, sound baths, meditation, mindfulness, ecstatic dance, drama therapy, and lots more - culminating in a sound bath super finale and an ecstatic dance event.
There is even an entire stage offering a day of wellbeing classes for children and teens!
In addition to the engaging sessions, there will be a vibrant atmosphere created by over 40 stalls, enabling attendees to explore a wide range of wellbeing services, foods, drinks and crafts.
There will be a number of special guests including both the Town Mayor and Borough Mayor; X Factor star Danyl Johnson; BBC's Dr Radha; leading mindset coach Mark Whittle; and TV Presenter, Yogi & BACP Integrative Counsellor Alexandra Legouix, who will be presenting the Unfiltered stage - where the talks will be filmed by Simon Cowell's 'Lounges.TV'!
The fully inclusive Mindset Unlimited Festival aims to inspire, educate and uplift participants, equipping them with valuable tools and knowledge to enhance their wellbeing.
