Maypole and Morris dancing event

Hurst Morris People are holding a maypole and Morris dancing event to raise funds for Reading homeless charity The Ark Project. The event is free and all ages are welcome to attend. Joining in is easy as there will be easy to follow dancing guidance. You are welcome to take your own picnic but light refreshments will be available.

The Ark Project has a specially adapted double decker bus providing beds for homeless people. The charity is now planning to convert a former prison van into a mobile shower and toilet unit.
