Let's Experience Electric event

Would you like to switch to an electric vehicle (EV) or E-bike but are worried about costs or charging?

This is your opportunity to:

• Talk to experts and ask questions
• Test drive EVs with no sales pitches*
• Become aware of the electric vehicle infrastructure in the Wokingham borough
• Find out about the available grants to help you switch to EVs or install chargepoints
• Discover active travel options including E-bikes and E-cargo bikes
• Help My Journey Wokingham shape the public EV chargepoint network in the borough.

*Please note: To participate in the EV test drives, you must carry a valid driver's licence for a minimum of 2 years and be over 21 years of age. Your licence will be required on the day plus your national insurance number for licence checking.

The event has been organised by Let's Experience Electric, the My Journey team at Wokingham Borough Council and Wokingham Town Council.
