Hurst Morris People taster sessions

Ever fancied trying Morris dancing, but hadn’t quite got round to it? Well, now’s your chance to give it a go.

Hurst Morris People invite you to try out dancing or playing music with them at this year’s free taster sessions. These will be held on two Thursday evenings, 19 and 26 September 2024, starting at 8pm.

Head down to Hurst Village Hall and have a go at stepping out the geometric shapes of the traditional English Cotswold-style dances or swelling the side’s folk band. All genders, generations and backgrounds are welcome!

HuMP dances at pubs, schools, fetes, stately homes and folk festivals. They dance the Cotswold Morris tradition (the one with hankies and sticks!)
