The Hurst Village Society Family BBQ and Cricket Match will be held on Saturday 18 September 2021.
The cricket match will be between a HVS team and a St Nicholas PTA team. It will start at 11am and most likely finish at 3pm.
** CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES DURING THE CRICKET MATCH **
The BBQ will be available from 1pm and there will be a cash bar.
There will be lots of activities for children, such as Bouncy Castle, Garden Games, Face Painting and Archery - all subject to Covid Restrictions at the time.
Ticket price includes entry and BBQ with one of the following options:
Wagyu beef burger in brioche bun with mature cheddar cheese, tomato & lettuce (adult and kids portion).
Wagyu beef burger in gluten free bun with mature cheddar cheese, tomato & lettuce (adult and kids portion).
Plant based burger in vegan bun with vegan cheddar cheese, tomato & lettuce (adult and kids portion).
Afternoon Tea Boxes ordered in advance will be available for collection from 2pm:
Selection of sandwiches; cheese scone with chutney, cheddar cheese & apple wedges; sugar scones with clotted cream & strawberry jam; strawberries & grapes
