Fit Mums Berkshire was set up by Zoe Robson, a professionally trained dancer and dance teacher who moved into the fitness industry after attending fitness classes herself and discovering the benefits to both mind and body.
Zoe has trained as a Body Balance Instructor, leading on to Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga and Pre & Post Natal exercise. She has over 10 years experience teaching classes both independently and at gyms and offices around the Berkshire area.
She had her first baby in 2017, teaching fitness classes right up until her due date, and is passionate about helping other new mothers get back to fitness gently and effectively.
The Friday pre- and post-natal class combines Pilates and Yoga moves to safely work on maintaining core strength, retaining good posture and training the pelvic floor muscles. Classes are suitable from 13 weeks pregnant or 6 weeks post natal. Each class will include a guided relaxation at the end.
