Separation and divorce are often devastating and traumatic and the depth of emotional suffering not always understood.If you are among those coping with relationship breakdown, help is at hand through the next Divorce Recovery Workshop running in Reading over two consecutive Saturdays in March.March 18 – Sessions 1-3 March 25 – Sessions 4-6DRW is for anyone of any background, at any stage of a separation or a divorce. It helps you come to terms with a relationship that is breaking or has broken down. It enables you to have a better understanding of what you are going through, provides support from others in the same situation and assists with the readjustment necessary in your life.Those running the workshops nationally have experienced the breakup of a significant relationship and attended the DRW course themselves - including Seamus, who runs the course in the Reading area.
