Crowthorne Symphony Orchestra’s November Concert at All Saints, Wokingham, features a flute concerto – fabulous, flamboyant and French! – by Jacques Ibert with soloist Camille Curtis, as well as Malcolm Arnold’s English Dances, Tchaikovsky’s sparkling Capriccio Italien and English composer Arthur Bliss’s A Colour Symphony – inspired by the meaning of purple, red, blue and green as symbolised in heraldry.
