Henley's Kenton Theatre has a great line up of comedians for November: Suzi Ruffell, Josh Pugh and Paul McCaffrey.

Suzi Ruffell

Suited and booted stand-up comedian Suzi Ruffell has had five sell-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, racking up critical acclaim from reviewers and audiences alike. Suzi is now on tour with her show Dance Like Everyone’s Watching, which has gained her a nomination for Best Stand Up Show in the National Comedy Awards 2021.

Suzi continues to grace our screens with appearances on numerous TV shows such as Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, The Jonathan Ross Show, Dating No Filter, Channel Hopping with Jon Richardson, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, The Last Leg, and There’s Something About Movies to name but a few! The 2018 release of Suzi’s stand-up show Keeping It Classy for Live From The BBC saw a clip gaining over 44 million views on Facebook, and she was nominated for Outstanding Female Comedy Entertainment Performance in the National Comedy Awards for her hosting duties on Comedy Central’s Yesterday, Today & The Day Before in 2021.

Josh Pugh

Josh Pugh is a comedian, writer, winner of English Comedian of the Year and the Birmingham Breaking Talent Award. This year he wrote for Dave Channel’s new show The Island and The Emily Atack Show for ITV. Josh performs stand up across the country and has toured in the UK and Australia.

‘An almost certain future star… this is a classy hour of charming left field comedy’ - Chortle

Paul McCaffrey (MC)

Paul has recently completed two sell-out tours of the UK with Sean Lock on his Keep it Light tour in 2017 and more recently Kevin Bridges on his record-breaking Brand New Tour in 2018. He has performed two solo tours of his own, Suburban Legend in 2018 and Lemon in 2020 and 2021. Paul is an award-winning comedian (Latitude New Act of the Year, London Paper New Act of the Year) and headlines at the biggest comedy clubs in the country. He has performed four critically acclaimed Edinburgh shows as well as major music festivals: Reading, Leeds, V Festival, Bestival and Latitude.

In 2019 Paul made his debut on the flagship BBC stand-up show Live At The Apollo. He previously has starred in BBC Three’s Impractical Jokers and Russell Howard’s Good News, Comedy Central’s Stand Up Central, Channel 4’s 50 Funniest and CBBC’s The Dog Ate My Homework.
