Join SimplyFit Berkshire at the FBC Centre on 18 January for an afternoon of fun, fitness and fundraising! This two-hour session will be split into a number of manageable 20-minute workouts of different styles with rests built in for hydration and comfort breaks.
The session is suitable for all ages from five years old upwards. It really will be very do-able and an enormous amount of fun!
This year's aerobathon is helping to raise vital funds for Understanding Dementia, a local charity that provides free training (online and in person), support, and advice to family carers to bridge the gap between awareness of dementia and a real understanding of the condition, and how we can lessen its impact. Reserve your place online via the SimplyFit Berkshire website. Please arrive by 12.45pm wearing clothes suitable for exercise (loose layers work well) and bring with you plenty of water, snacks, and a small towel. There is a cafe at the centre in case you would like any hot drinks. There will have plenty of breaks with no pressure to keep up: everyone will be in the same boat trying to work off any festive excesses! It will be a fabulous way to start a fit and healthy New Year with a variety of 15 to 20 minute routines to get you moving, finished with a relaxing stretch to ease any aching muscles.
Parking may be busy so please try to car share wherever possible.
Tickets to the event are £15, but if you would like to donate more on the day there will be donation tins in the Sports Hall to relieve you of your cash!
