Recycle your Christmas tree and keep the holiday spirit green!

Let Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice Service make tree disposal easy this festive season... In exchange for a donation to the charity, volunteers will collect and recycle your used tree, helping you give back to nature and your community.

• You must live in one of the following postcode areas: SL4, SL6, SL7, SL8 or RG10.
• Collection Dates: Thursday 8, Friday 9 and Saturday 10 January 2026.

Your tree will then be taken to the Berkshire College of Agriculture where it will be chipped. The chippings will then be distributed across the college grounds and used by the animals at the BCA Zoo.

Your donation will help Alexander Devine continue to provide specialist care and vital support to local children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families, throughout the festive period.
