Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week

Mental Health Awareness Week is the long-running national awareness campaign led by the Mental Health Foundation, the UK’s leading mental health charity since 1949. With prevention at the heart of what they do, the foundation aims to find and address the sources of mental health problems to enable individuals and communities to thrive.

This year’s campaign will run from 9-15 May and the theme is loneliness: its impact on our mental health and the practical steps we can take to address it.
