Wokingham Walk - Autumn

The Wokingham Walk is run by Wokingham Lions Club with support from Ollie Young Foundation.

There is a choice of three routes: 5 miles, 10 miles or 15 miles. All routes start and finish in Elms Field in the town centre. There is a rolling start time from 9am to 10.30am and the finish is manned until 5pm - so there is no need to rush!

Participants may simply wish to walk for fun, but the event is also an opportunity to raise funds for local charities. Some recent examples of those supported by the Wokingham Lions Club include:

This year there is a great offer from event sponsor Nuffield Health Wokingham: swimming, sauna, steam room and shower facilities will be available for all participating walkers on the day! Passes for the club will be handed out at the walk start: those wishing to use the facility please bring a towel and padlock for the lockers.
