Twyford Yoga

Twyford Yoga teaches public yoga classes in Berkshire. Their area covers Twyford, Wargrave, Charvil, Ruscombe, Hare Hatch, Hurst, Sonning, Woodley, East Reading and Waltham St. Lawrence.
The instructors are also available to teach yoga privately to individuals or groups.
Through yoga you will gain flexibility, build strength and develop balance. A yoga class can generate uplifting feelings of tranquility, peace and calm. Developing these qualities brings health and happiness, allowing you to do more and see the good in the world and in your life.
There is some free parking in front of the church and in Station Road. The entrance to the hall can be found around the back of the church.
